All orders are baked fresh and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Processing timeframe:

  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days

  • High-volume periods (holidays, promotions): 3–5 business days

  • Custom or bulk orders: May require additional time; we will notify you directly

Orders placed after 2pm may begin processing the following business day.

6. Warm Weather & Chocolate Items

Because our products include chocolate, spreads, and gooey fillings, they may soften or melt in transit during warmer months.

We are not responsible for melting that occurs due to unattended parcels left in heat after delivery.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Parcels returned to sender due to customer error

  • Lost or stolen packages after courier delivery confirmation

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply.

If you prefer signature on delivery, please request this at checkout (where available).

Once a parcel is delivered and marked as “delivered,” Loaded Cookie Pie Co is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by weather

  • Pets or others accessing the parcel
